Migrate to Fibre impossible
<p>MWEB promote a migration to fibre and then it just doesnt happen and the support people are incapable of escalating the issue.</p>

I did not receive any voice messages but someone did rach me on Friday Afternoon and assured me of some action / follow up today.

Mweb did finally seem to get their act together with Openserve following this review and I now have the physical fibre into my house but MWEB are now silent again as I wait to actually get connected to the service?? got an arbitrary SMS from Mweb on Wednesday telling me they had my order in process??

A minute after posting the above comment the Fibre router was delivered to my home so maybe i will get some progress :)
