MIFI ROUTER NOT FREE AS ADVERTI*****T

I've been using mweb for a while. But now they called me and told me I can get a free mifi router. If I take a Telkom LTE sim from them. Ok fine that sounds like a bargin.

Today I was told the reason for my account being in arrears of R800 and something is because of the mifi router is R585 and my Rica is R299.

Ok no one told me that will have to pay for the router and they advertising it as free all over if you a mweb customer. Now I must pay..

The live chat is horrible. Being transferred from left to right. Call centre is always busy.

So can someone call me before end of business
