Microsoft Upgrade
I received several invitations from Microsoft to upgrade my laptop from Microsoft 7 to Microsoft 10---FREE no charge. After activating the upgrade supposedly for FREE, I received notification from MWEB, that I had surpassed my agreed monthly limit by R3000 due to my upgrade. MWEB say that the expense had been caused by DATA used for my FREE upgrade. At no stage was I advised that there would be a charge for DATA used for the upgrade. This is ********* and my appeal for a refund has fallen on deaf ears. I must add that I have no need for MICROSOFT 10 and am and have always been happy with MICROSOFT 7. But for nothing I might as well upgrade. Although this upgrade was activated 14 days ago, I am still operating my laptop on MICROSOFT 7!

The Out of bundle charges incurred, is due to the cap limit on the Vodacom 3G package being exceeded.
