Metrofibre review

Thier company is very slow concerning the installation of the metro Fibre. I've ordered metro fire and paid I even sent prove of payment but they sent me an email saying the snippet does not surface... I sent an email saying I'd like a refund and I want to cancel they did not respond... they keep on sending the same email.
