Messing my credit score up, proving false information.SERVICE SUCKS

I was advice about a month on month contact from Mweb was advice first instalment is due End March 2023 I also told Agent that it should only be activated by then because i didn't have funds in my account fibre was active received an sms stating have to make payment in 5 days after 5 days acc shows in arrears with R3512.00 was advice service was suspended i paid the R415 on the 23/03/2023 meaning its payment for march will pay again in April i wasn't advice of service fees I requested a recording where i was advice and i agreed end of March my acc was debited what about my credit score i started my first Job and there's its already have a bed credit score because of mweb , i mean in this economic status we in who on earth can afford to make two payments once a month it's so unfair. i want an up-to-date letter i want the recording where i agreed to everything and i wany credit score to be fixed. this is totally bad service Mweb dont give or care about there clients url not God to mess a credit score up like this im trying to start a life now i must get declined because of mweb
