messed up throttling policy
I upgraded to a clean windows 10 (meaning drive was formatted) saved most of my files as a torrent, I know my download limit so I did it bit by bit, its about 90gig altogether, I haven't downloaded anything in about a month and a half, today I downloaded 16gig and got an email saying I would be throttled, so ***** this end of next month I'm moving to telkom
