Messed up service dont sign up with Mweb

These guys have the worst after sales service. I have been trying to get them to activate my line and trying to contact them is a nightmare. They gave me log on details to my account and those dont work. They dont have a service email nor WhatsApp. Their call center line is a nightmare and you hold until you are cut off.
