MESSAGE TO THE MWEB DIRECTORS

8 Weeks we are waiting for our Fibre installation, we log queries on the website, no one responds back, we call Sales, Technical, Billing, Customer Services, you can't get through if you are lucky to speak to a consultant they either transfer you and the line get cut, neither do they even bother to respond on any of the Hellopeter complaints or queries logged on the MWeb user website!! No one calls you back, no updates on the progress of your order, no Manager, Supervisor ever calls back as promised, always need to leave a message. Can someone please let us know what the **** is happening to our order!! The first time I've ever dealth with such an *********** useless company, again too many chiefs and no Indians. Just CLOSE your doors. Why isn't the Directors doing something about this, can't you read all these customer complaints and do something about it? It's just absolutely appalling to say the least.
