I ordered mweb to be my ISP and they suggested that I should take LTE router with Sim, and they said to me, this is uncapped and they have a promotion for 2 months free service. I took it. Can you believe it worked for only a week and ever since I tried to call mweb but not even one agent is available, I sent a million emails no response, but they send invoices saying I owe them over R900 which they will get in sagent's boots. I won't pay them even a cent. So people be careful they are a ****. Don't fall for it.

17 Apr 2023, 12:46I need you to remove me from your system now. Your services is very poor. This Tobisa girl, when they wanted me to use them as my ISP, she used to send me emails and call me, but when I have a complain she now dead. Not even one response from her. She's a snake like her company.
