****MERS AND *******S - PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT DONT WORK

****mers and poor service. A monthly service was requested with this company that provides unlimited wifi. Over the course of using their service they have extremely poor network coverage and sometime no coverage at all for days on end. This is not the 1st review that we have put forward with no resolution. We have now taken a decision to cancel their monthly service of fibre which oto our surprise requires an amount to be paid as a cancellation fee that we have never agreed or signed for. They are now refusing to release address so another network provider to assist. And have suspend their service and require the fee upfront before they help. we have spent the day on the phone with them Still no service. Is this even legal cause it sounds like they making up the rules as we go along. I just want to cancel and use another provider thats it.
