I called them on the 12 of June for openserve fibre, they said they will send people to come install the fibre and they never came. I called Mweb they said the address I stay in had installation already I told them I don't know since I stay in the cottage, they said I must send proof of address in order for opener ever to come create a second line. I didn't send the proof of address. Now I am being billed R1200 for the fibre that I am not using and never activated. When I call the billing department they say they will adjust the billing but they are busy trying to debit my account. Mweb sales is not good at all. They just push to make sales without following proper procedures.
