Mediocre, Regrettable and Unacceptable Service

I am so very disappointed with MWEB LTE services! First of all when I app**** I had to call them twice. My first order wasn't placed and did not hear from them for about 1.5 weeks. Then I had to give them another call just to find out I have to replace my order. The lady whom assisted me with the sale told me that my first 2 months will be free. I will not have to pay for the LTE in other words. I kept receiving e-mails that state I owe them money for June LTE and also now July LTE. I have logged multiple queries where I had no reply. I laid complaints on their MWEB Android App. I have sent them mails to try and find out why is it that I owe them R1 000+. Just to find out that my contract is not for the first 2 months free. I gave them a call and the gentleman who assisted me told me he an do nothing about it, it is the contract that has been signed online. No where did I receive my contract stating nothing!

I would not recommend anyone to make use of their service! Never in my life did I receive such poor service from any company!
