The worst experience ever!!!! I the beginning of November my partner reached out to cancel the service and her refunded we spent hours and money purchasing airtime to cancel the damn pathetic ISP.

We were told that we would be receiving a call from Vuma which never happened due this failure we weren’t able to make the switch we wanted to so we were forced to continue.

I paid R183.60 and then was debited R399.99 for the package we requested be cancelled.

We called again last week to make changes and no help.

I want this service cancelled today!!! And I want a damn call from Mweb with Vuma added in the 3 way and cancel this damn pathetic service today! The WiFi has been down since Sunday no consideration for my Job!

I’m aware the account is not in my name as the person paying for the horrible service every month I would like this cancelled.

The account holder is George Volker and I would like to have a call back to my number which I’m sure you are able to see! If not ***.
