I was wrongful sold a product by MWEB and they promised a free installation, after paying the monthly subscription fee, they told me they will send a technician to install but I will need to pay a call out fee. I feel ****med by this provider and the agent. I ended up canceling the contract because I did not use their data and I was not happy about their service, they told me I will be refunded within seven days but it's been more 10 days now and I haven't received my refund.
