I contacted mweb as my wifi was about to expire for them to send the payeasy number as I normally do for the past 4 years. I spoke with Neil, he sent this easypay link but to my surprise the amount was more that what I normally pay, that was on the 23 December, I questioned him as he said so sorry all our prices have changed immediately I sensed something was not write and I was concerned that I will be using my bank to pay so I screenshot our conversation as I was chatting with him through the mweb chat box, I paid the amount then following day wifi was off, I now called them and they were all shocked that I paid this amount and told me n investigation had been lodged, till today no one has called/ emailed or refunded my money. SO I PAID THIS MAN MY MONEY STRAIGHT INTO HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT. i EMAILED Craig Oliver OVER AND OVER NOT EVEN ONE PERSON WANTS TO HOLD THIS NIEL GUY ACCOUNTABLE
