Mbeb poor service

I called Mweb to complain about poor internet quality. Just for the phone line to be picked up took 65 min, and another 45min to log my complain including some tests. This was all my phone cost. Then after testing the cosultant logged a query for a technician to come out to my property. Another 2 cosultants caleed later that week and did some tests. The last cosultant agreed that my internet line was not stable and that a tech should come out. That was the last I heard from them. No one has came out to investigate my internet. Mweb is the worst internet provider with the worst cutomer service. Please do not use them if you are a gamer, total waste of money. This all happened after Mweb took over Fibrestream. With Fibrestream my internet was constant. Again - stay away from Mweb!!!!!!!!!!!
