MARC FAILURE TO CANCEL PRODUCTS AND FOLLOW THROUGH WITH DEAL PROMOS

POOR service and unaccountable staff. During mid November 2018 , i received an SMS saying my mweb rain package will be coming to an end. I then called in on black Friday CANCELLED MY RAIN DEAL and took the new Cell C offering. Received confirmation that December was free as part of the black friday deal and my first billing would only be end of Jan 2019. I then followed up again to ensure the rain package was cancelled and this confirmed by mweb call centre personnel. Then on 1st Jane 2019 I got 1164 for a package I cancelled in November of the previous year. Even worse I got billed for December for the new Cell c package. Really really poor service and staff that don't know how to do their jobs! Still fighting to get my money back. No one picks up when you call accounts dept or cancellation dept. Absolute *******!
