mailbox not working

My mail box was working since May this year and last week Wednesday it Stopped working. I looked a query with mweb technical support. On Thursday I called their technical support they promised to call back and no one called. Froday I called them again I'm told to send a mail to [Email Removed] and they came back on Monday saying they can't help me. They are sending me from pillar to post and I'm paying for the service. I've sent them more than 7 emails still don't get any response except their automated response. I called their technical support spoke to the following people Bogoshi, Phillip, Tshepiso, Samuel still telling me to send email to someone else who responded saying they can't help me.
