Made problem worse
Yet again<br> Line down<br> I know its a telkom failt because I have been having this issue on and off for 6 months<br> All logged on mweb system<br> Obviously agent did not read history a d started making me make changes directly on my router which resulted in my router stopping connection to my pc - after his requested changes - which he then said oh look is a broken router<br> So sick of mweb and its *********** staff<br> I want out of my contract immedietly<br> Spebt an hpur in the phone and now need to go to a mweb shop to have router reset and still no call ligged tp telkom<br> Useless again
