M web`s gimmicky advertising stinks

I went on the internet looking for fibre deals for the house, so automatically the next day when I go on Facebook because of tracking, every providers adds are there. The one that catches the eye is M web 25mbps up & down loads for R499, click here to sign up, click, now all of a sudden that special doesn't exist, now it`s 10mbps up & down for +/-R650, I know in Europe you wouldn`t get away with this type of gimmicky advertising, surely under consumer protection act this is *******?
