M Web worst service ever!

After a month of them not coming to install the WiFi that I paid for, I called in to ask for a refund and the lady said "it would take 10 to 14 days". I waited then a month later they called me to tell me that if I want a refund I must send my bank statement, ID copy and proof of payment. What amazed me was that when I was making a payment and applying for their service they never asked for any of these things...and now suddenly they want my personal documents, when they can see on the system that I made a payment and suddenly they want a "proof of payment".

These people are a **** and they take our money without delivery a service, then refuse to pay it back! That is just *****ing!
