M-Web triple charge & no client service- STAY AWAY!

I am writing this on behalf of my mother.

M-Web has unprofessional in doing business. no agreement reached or signed. They have not been giving services of wifi at our home and they have been requested to come take their tower but refuse.

She has been calling and halfway through the call they drop and there's sometimes silence.

furthermore , they debit amounts she has not agreed to. Bad business and unprofessional in their client service..

Please fetch your box and stop debits because you failed to deliver.
