M-WEB/TELKOM LINE ON AND OFF FROM FRIDAY, 9TH
M-Web,<br> <br> To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I reported my ADSL line on Friday, the 9th, stating that it is off and online right through the day as well as 6 o'clock at night it is totally off until the next morning.<br> I stated the urgency of this matter and that we are doing business overseas and getting paid in that way.<br> I need my line fixed, up and running today and no later than today.<br> Also, please note that I will not pay for service from the 9th as there was not service at all.<br> Kindly get back to me urgently with a answer.
