M Web of lies

<p>I ordered Fibre on 10/07/2017. I got no updates regarding my installation date so i contacted Mweb. I got spun a bunch of lies. First they said that i had a pending order with Web Africa, which i did not. Web Africa confirmed they don't have me on their system. Then Mweb said Open Serve tried to contact me but could not get hold of me...lies. i had no missed calls. Then i was told there is no fibre in my area of residence. Lies! The latest call i got was to arrogantly advise me that openserve no longer offers the 2mbps and that i must upgrade for an extra R70....take it or leave it, i was told!!! My order was never with openserve. After i stated this fact, the Mweb call agent apologised and said that Mweb still offers it! WHAT THE HELL MWEB!!!!!!!!!????????? I'm not even a customer yet and I'm getting this shocking level of service. </p>
