m web no technician
since the 12th of January i have been waiting for a technician i have had no response all i was told is they have logged the fault with Telkom but i haven't been given a date to when the technician will be coming, i was told a technician will take 7-10 working days to come sort my problem out but now i have been waiting two months <br> i am still being charged for service i am not getting and find this quiet pathetic
