M-web/Hisense

I made the terrible error of purchasing a Hisense phone from M-web which worked fine until the charging system broke, I then took it back to M-web to get it repaired and was told by Solomon that it would take 7 working days or I could pay money in to get the next model up. I have now been informed that it will take 14 days to get a the repairs done. So I decided to go for the upgrade, and was told that it would also take 14 days. If I am paying for the upgrade why must I wait 14 days, completely unacceptable. I will use this as fair warning to NEVER buy another NO-sense piece of *******, or more especially any service or product from m-web as they are as useless as the s**** that they sell.
