M-Web Has Taken My Money and Given Me Nothing in Return

I signed up for a fiber connection with M-Web in March. It’s now May, and I still have no internet, no installation, no update — and absolutely no service.

I’ve been told the delay is because Womatel hasn’t released the line, but that is not my responsibility. M-Web took my money, promised a service, and has delivered nothing. They have also refused to cancel my order or refund me. This is borderline *****ulent.

Calling them is a joke — you wait 20+ minutes to speak to an agent who never has any answers or authority to help. Their online and WhatsApp chat support is a complete waste of time — you get a 48-hour turnaround on simple queries, and chats are often terminated without resolving anything.

This company is being run by people who are either completely *********** or just don’t care. The lack of accountability and basic professionalism is shocking.

I strongly advise anyone considering M-Web: DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. You will be ignored, ******, and left without service. I will continue escalating this until I get my refund and proper resolution.
