M-Web Fibre Woes

We commissioned M-Web to install fibre at home. The installation was done (through Frogfoot) with router & everything on 18 April 2020. It is now 21 May & we are still not activated whilst our neighbors, who requested service after our installation is hooked up within a week. I am now gatvol after my wife spent hours of time & money on the phone just to either get cut off, reach *********** "assistants" who blame it on a mix up with Frogfoot & Vodacom. True or not, a gazillion of mails were sent and everything they requested we did and comply with. But still, we are not hooked up yet.. It just seems there is no real will to assist just nothing happens & one is time & time again forced to pick up the phone & waste time & money all over again in an effort to get it sorted but to no avail. I mean how difficult is it to just sort this out, really! And please don't blame it on the virus....
