M web after sales service

This has been the worst service that I have ever received. After signing up with M web on the 1st of January and being told I would have wifi within 48hours, I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve my issue with no support at all. I am still waiting for a supervisor to call me back and nobody can give me an answer as to why my wifi is not working. It has now been 18 days. The service is a joke and I urge people to never sign up with them.
