M WEB AAND BAD SERVICE

I am so angry with the support I received from M web re my account I have paid by EFT for over 12 years and suddenly this months they debited my account 6 days after I already paid, I phoned and spoke to Servallyn at your accounts office on Tuesday 31 August who assured us that the money would be refunded within 3 - 5 working days. After 5 working days still no money was returned to me. I phoned today and was told by Zahrah that this Servallyn has no financial authority access to refund my money so I do not undrstand why she said she was doing it, So again I have to wait for 3- 5 working days to get MY money back which they were not permitted to take in the forst place. My son had a problem with Mictosft in America and was refunded and apologised to within 24 hours, Makes the people at Mweb look very stupid and pre historic. My reference number this time is MWB ***1 I suggest someone wake up and provide the service you promise, I cannot beivieve someone in your employ would lie to the public and tell them she is refunding their money and then do NOTHING!!! where do you train your staff!!?? and YES I am VERY VERY upset.
