M stands for Mess

I app**** for fiber products and everything in this company is dismal, I've reported on Facebook but have been told that an agent will get back to me and no they didn't get back to me. They installed fiber thingy with telkom and I didn't receive my router next thing I get a bill of R400 and something that time I don't have a router which was supposed to be delivered. OK fast forward router gets delivered yesterday and I don't have any connections, apparently I owe R480 for what I don't know, I would like to warn people. I was looking forward to the relationship with Mweb but their call center is a hoax as you will never ever I mean ever get through or get assisted. Now I have to pay for something that I never used and i am canceling as the error is on their side.
