Ludicrous order placement- been trying to cancel before installation

This is so ludicrous that it's a challenge to write this review. I placed a pre-order 14 Sept 2019. Nothing came of it & I eventually managed to get Fibre through Vox. Despite attempting to contact Mweb on several occasions to cancel the pre-order, I had no joy & just gave up. Suddenly, the past few days, there's a burst of activity from Mweb via email & despite me sending a message on their FACEBOOK page, after several failed attempts to get through to human at their call centre, a courier comes & deliver a parcel from Mweb. Nobody has bothered calling me & I can't log a query online because the query form is defunct. The box that was delivered wasn't even sealed, looks like someone just threw some elements into a box in their ba*****t. Mweb you should be embarrassed. Pls come & collect your **** & God help you if you try to debit my bank account
