LTE wifi that give us so much problems and Mweb dont worry.. Full of excuses

I need help.. We pay so much money for the wifi and it only works luke maybe 4 hours a day.. The reat of the time we struggle to use wifi.. Keep on phoning but still the problem stays the same..
