lte keep on crashing(just stop working)

got new lte roiter but it just works for some time and then goes off all the time and usually happens when there is no help availleble from technisians because its always after hours when my internet just go of and not working. It seems like they are not able to fix the problem for good because this is the 4th time now this is happening. Im with mweb for about 13 years now and always had good service but now i am very dissapointed. And furious. They must rather sent me a new product that works.
