LTE device sold under false pretenses
Mweb sold me an LTE device knowing that I was moving house. The sales person confirmed on a recorded call as well as in writing that I would have coverage at my old address as well as my new address. I moved house on 29 April and saw that the device picks up NO signal. I then cancelled with Mweb on 30 April and told them to come and collect their device since it was sold to me under false pretenses. Since 30 April I have called 8 times and submitted 3 support tickets. Not one person has bothered to contact me yet you still send me an invoice even after cancelling? You will not even send me an address where I can courier the device back to! Mweb you need to sort this out!
Good day Sarah
