Lousy service

MWeb's service is totally useless! No matter what time I phone, there is always an incredibly long wait before (if I'm lucky) I get an answer. Then, frequently, having stated the problem, they break the connection. Their automated menus cover only the basic and simple questions, so it takes many hours or days to sort out problems.
