Lousy backup service from Mweb

I have 2 accounts with Mweb. When it appeared that the data of the one was depleted I went on the website to see if I could establish which one I had to purchase data for. To my horror, both accounts have the same and incorrect name and the identical information. After a number of attempts to contact the technical department and waiting in excess of 12 minutes every time, I have given up. Mweb is obviously not interested in giving its customers good back up service. The response time for new business or upgrading is quick but technical services is apparently understaffed.
