Loss of email files on Mweb server

I have lost +- 3.6GB of email files stored in the mweb server. Disappeared over night After three weeks of battling the mweb call center, I have had no explanation or response as to what happened, why or what they will do about it. Dealing through the call center is impossible, firstly getting through, then no call back, no feedback, just obfuscation. Mweb clearly has a major problem. Be Aware !
