Loss Of Database

On Thursday night, my website disappeared and has not returned. MWEB have not explained and are complacent and do not care. This is about people and their livelihoods. I pay MWEB a lot of money for a service which they promise to deliver and now they cannot explain where my website along with its database has disappeared to. They claim that they cannot retrieve it.
