looking for email details for MWEB

I have moved and want to cancel my subscription - there doesn't seem to be a system for doing business in writing with mweb they assist on you phoning on the help line - don't have time for holding on and then have nothing in writing they send SMS and then when I asked for an email address NO RESPONSE
