Look the other way when it comes to MWEB

MWEB is trash, their customer service is terrible. I requested a cancellation due to the fact that have paid over R1000 for them to send a router and install an ont box , i havent been able to use this wifi since i paid them (over a month ago) they sent zero communication after i requested a cancellation but sent a courier to collect the router WITH NO COMMUNICATION THAT THEY SENT A COURIER shortly after i received an sms to say i need to pay R1000 again for early termination of the contract , i agreed to pay for wifi , which i have now never even used - this is not fair , i dont care how big this company is theyre incredibly useless from all aspects
