Long holding time on MWeb Technical Support ***

Ever tried to call MWeb Technical Support ***)? I tried to call them today to sort out a technical issue, and it took FOUR calls (total hold time = approx. 45 minutes!) to eventually get through to an agent!

What happened today, MWeb? I was just starting to be impressed with your great service, and then you drop the ball like this!!!! Please, don't make me regret moving to MWeb. I know not every day can be a good day, however, today was just a bad day for customer service for you all. Eish!

And, please, I urge you to change the hold music on the line! If I am going to hold for long periods of time, at least make me listen something decent, instead of what sounds like a child learning to play the piano!
