<p>The first struggle was with telkom to get my line to the holding pool.</p> <p> </p> <p>New struggle, line is in the holding pool.....</p> <p> </p> <p>When i first contacted MWEB to migrate my line with them they had a lot of promises, "You wont have any down time", "We will sen you your account details after this phone call"</p> <p> </p> <p>I am almost 24 hours wothout internet, now when i phone to follow up you guys tell me it take between 10 - 15 days to send me my adsl username and password while 2 of my colleagues did their migration without hasstle and got their mweb username and password the same day???</p> <p>***???</p> <p> </p>

I relay just dont understand why complaining gets the job done, i have made several call asking to speed things up and requesting my ADSL username and password.
No one likes the guy who complains but it looks like it gets you somewhere.??????
