line issues

Cannot get in contact as no one is calling me back. Getting no response and mweb after 2 weeks can still not fix the lagging issues and this for a premium line. can it be that hard fixing what they should be experts at . Sorry mweb but you are wasting peoples money and really making me angry for wasting R769 where my R199 package was working much better. Very poor service once again. Rep**** and attempted to fix after complaint to hellopeter but must we always complain before getting service?????
