Line down for 10 days

Hallo I am so totally disgraced about Mweb it's been 10 days without any internet no one gives you any feedback on whats happening . I had to phone metrofibre to hear what's happening I am paying for.my service for the last 5 to 10 years and this how they treat their customers. Please can some one help me
