Let's organise a petition and force Mweb to take responsibility

This is the third time I am complaining about Mweb in less than two months. Their incompetence has reached a level where their business is becoming a ****. When you take people's money but cannot deliver what they paid for, and you are unaccessible to respond to their queries and complaints, you're not an honest business. The most painful thing is their sense of impunity, as if they believe there can never be any consequences. I think it's time now that we, disgruntled Mweb customers (or maybe victims?) should organise a petition and get the relevant authorities to revoke their licence.
