Late fibre line release

Prices/speeds not competitive. After trying to downgrade without success I canceled my subscription and they don't release your fibre line which blocks the next ISP from taking over. As a customer I constantly mentioned that my line was being throttled but no change, your business is not valued and after leaving they still string you along with shenanigans that prevent you from migrating to a new service. They cancel your service on time but set the connection expiry date for your fibre line to the 6th of the month so you are left without connection during that time.
