Late Billings and threat of black listing !!!

I was recently notified via SMS that I would be blacklisted due to an outstanding payment. However, I find this to be unjust, as my account was only billed on the 18th of August 2025.

This has caused unnecessary distress and confusion, as I was under the impression that my account was in good standing. It is highly frustrating to receive such threatening communication before being given the chance to settle the outstanding amount.
