Landline number porting

Mweb's voip support, specifically its ability to get mobile landline numbers ported across from other networks is shocking to say the least. No responses to escalations raised to their support centres have yielded any results. We specifically planned a home relocation previously using a Telkom landline as a business contact to port over to Mweb's Voip service. 21 days were cited as the notice period equired to give effect to such a request. More than 30 days later, location moved and no number ported as yet - causing considerable reputational damage to a business built over 15 years. Mweb dont appear to care about SME business impacts. Quick to bill though. Disgusted.
