Lack on knowledge and phones cuting off

For the last 4hours I have been trying to sign up for a corporate hosting solution with Mweb. I have spoken to 7 different agents and each of them are providing me with differing information and while I am on the line with them the line cuts off and I have to redial.

Pathetic service, agents not able to even close the deal.
